Welcome to the website of the Bridlington Model Railway Society (BMRS) – a group of railway enthusiasts (mostly within the Bridlington area) dedicated to furthering and encouraging the art of railway modelling in a variety of scales, periods and nationalities.

As well as the UK railway scene, we have several members modelling foreign layouts – particularly Austria and the USA.

Layouts built by club members have appeared in most of the well known railway modelling magazines over the years, and the Society also featured in the BBC regional news programme “Look North”.

Enthusiasts are always welcome to visit our clubroom – the premises, however, are not particularly easy to find, so it would be advisable to contact one of the members listed on this site to receive directions or to arrange a visit.

Our normal meetings are held on Tuesday evenings from approximately 1930 hours to 2100 hours. Most of our members, however, also visit the clubroom at other times to continue the building of the club layouts.
